6. Scheme Background Why are we considering proposal in Northwold Road? To upgrade the public realm, traffic calm, assist in improving and regenerating the area Funding – The scheme is a newly developed proposal. It was not included in the 2011 LIP and it is funded from Developing Borough Infrastructure Delivery – 2013/14 financial year
