FAST in Barking and Dagenham A parent’s perspective… Believe me, I have lived here 10 years and never been to the children’s centre. I thought it was rubbish. I also didn’t think I would carry on coming to the FAST programme because of Ramadan, however, I have loved every minute of it and I love the children’s centre. The course is great and me and my children love coming here. The staff are very helpful & nice. They always come running to help you.’

FAST in Barking and Dagenham A parent’s perspective … I learnt a lot from FAST. It helped me communicate with my children. It taught me that anything can be used for play, even a picture, you don’t need anything big. It taught me to be involved with my kids. I talk to my daughter more now and she listens to me. When you communicate, it makes it better and you grow together with respect. This programme helped me to do that.
