3.  Replace and widen existing bridge  Improve Limekiln Pike approach to Butler Avenue  Add right turn lane to Butler Avenue onto W. Main St.  Upgrade signals  Install ADA ramps  Temporary Pedestrian Bridge

8.  E&S measures staged to coincide with traffic control plan. Include: › Access road, on PennDOT property › Causeways accessing the bridge for construction › Cofferdams: in the stream › Sediment Basin / Stormwater Management Basin
