7. Why do I want to be a value maker? I’m passionate about us all working together and using creative methods and messages to deliver the vision for our local patients, and the NHS as a whole.

8. What one special skill do I bring to the role? As well as having a child with a love of LEGO? …… I enjoy a challenge and I like to think outside the box when it comes to achieving a goal or solving a problem.

9. How am I going to motivate Future-Focused Finance in my health community? Embedding finance as an enabler to change, not a barrier to change; Engaging with clinical colleagues to understand their part of the NHS business; and Enthusiastically sharing best practice from FFF and other networks with colleagues across the local health economy.
