Your document number and mobile number works as login and password. Facility of E Passbook which provides details of each and every transaction happened in your PF account i.e. date-wise entry of Contribution from employee and employer, interest, advances taken or transfer in or out details from 2008-2009 onwards. Member can use same login details and generate E-passbooks for 10 PF accounts. Facility to display the accounts of inoperative accounts will be provided through request.

It gives the claim status of any claim submitted to Provident Fund office. Transfer Claim Withdrawal Claim Advance Claim Pension Claim (by self or beneficiary) No need to login in system. You can check the status of the claim by entering your PF no.

Only PF no is sufficient for getting balance Balances sent through system on the mobile no given by member. Balances are as on 31 st March 2012. (for Persistent Systems ltd) EE Stands for Employee Contribution plus interest and ER stands for Employer Contribution plus interest

Queries are directly sent to Commissioner of PF for that particular office Answer to query is sent by PF office on given email ID within 30 days from the date of submission. This tool is also useful to speed up the process and report delay in claim processing or settlement.
