9 Response: Fire Support 1. Allows the integration of private resources to help free up public resources to focus on the public’s protection (supplementing local resources NOT replacing). 2. BNSF will fly in Contracted Industrial Firefighters on private aircraft (6 hours). 3. Fire Trailer Program 1. 550 Gallons of AR-AFFF foam (alcohol resistant) 2. Storage capacity (2x10K gal bladders) 3. Pumps/equipment / nozzles 4. Can be placed in areas not typically accessible by fire engines. 9

Designed to address the surge in Ethanol and Crude Oil shipments. Provide equipment, supplies and expertise in response to polar solvent and fire incidents 16 trailers throughout system

22 BNSF Tactical Toxicology (Tac Tox) Program 1.Utilized to provide rapid data acquisition and real time air monitoring results for incidents throughout our system. 2.CTEH 24 hour access to PhD Toxicologists and Dispersion Modelers Utilize Safer® Air Dispersion Model offering topographical model input 3.Contents: PID, 4 gas monitor, Kestrel weather meter, Solar Irradiance meter, Detector Tubes/pump, GPS, Calibration gasses and equipment.
