14. 14 Planned activity in RTCGM: ● preparation and retraining of experts for divisions of hydrometeorological service; ● hydrometeorological service of the population and branches of economy of Republic Kazakhstan; ● regular supervision over a state of environment; ● perfection of methods forecasting the hydrometeorological phenomena; ●conducting hydrometeorological organizations and enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of contracts, research and technological activities; ● preparation and the edition of the scientific - technical and scientifically-applied literature on a state of environment, about climatic, agroclimatic conditions and water resources in territory of Kazakhstan; ● realization when due hereunder communications and information interchange with the international organizations, the conclusion with them of contracts on the questions concerning its activity; ● rendering of reference services in questions of influence of weather conditions and climate changes on population health, ability to live of the enterprises and the organizations; ● other kinds of activity following from tasks in view, according to the Republic Kazakhstan legislation.
