Marketing = Adoption We have to give our supporters tools to share the vision. Only the right tool will impact a person. We must have tools that relate to key groups of people that influence the adoption process.

Key Audiences Organizational CFO, CEO, CIO Copyright holders - Bible agencies, publishers, software developers, academic institutions, etc. Scholars Bible translators/distributors Technical staff/Software developers

Need for Marketing Key Audiences must understand the value of OSIS OSIS must be put into the correct contexts. Once someone “gets it,” they need materials to help them explain OSIS to others

Marketing Points Our audiences need to understand: –A clear explanation of Return on Investment –The impact OSIS will have on their work with Biblical texts –The potential for new projects/products

Conclusion Only as we provide tools with clear calls to action, will we begin to see adoption from mainstream components of our audience. By developing simple tools we will help people grasp the main issues and will speed up the adoption process among our audiences.
