Training Topic: Graphic Standards CNH Key Club District CNH | Basic Rules for use: Must be placed on a neutral background color. Should never be distorted. 0.5 inch isolation all around. On anything smaller than a banner, do not exceed 1.5in and 5in respectively. Using Key Club Logos Max size: 1.5” Max size: 5.0”

Size, Do not distort, Neutral Backgrounds Creating the Word mark: Making the Key Club word mark on a publication tool is much better than using the image file provided on the Flash Drive. The pencil should be used on the front of all Key Club publications and on a regular 8.5”x11” paper should be no larger than 0.5” in height. All pencils should reach from side to side on publications. Should also be kept in a horizontal position pointing right (in most cases) No pencils pointing random directions! Utilizing the Pencil

Just like the Key Club word mark, it is recommended to create a pencil to avoid using an image file for a more crisp look. Creating a Pencil Image File: Created pencil: This pencil needs some sharpening!

Training Topic: Graphic Standards CNH Key Club District CNH | Here are a few steps on how to create a pencil on Microsoft Word, Publisher, etc. Go to Insert, and click the Shapes drop down. Go to the Block Arrows section and use the Pentagon shape. From here you can create and format a pencil to fit graphic standards. Creating a Pencil

Training Topic: Graphic Standards CNH Key Club District CNH | Using Scribble Pencils Scribble pencils are nice tools to use when creating flyers, ads, and other informal material. Avoid using a scribble pencil when creating official CNH Key Club publications as a bold, solid pencil represents a more professional look. Ex. Newsletters, Reports, etc.

Use rectangles for sub-headers pledge on my honor to uphold the objects of Key Club International. Training Topic: Graphic Standards CNH Key Club District CNH | The following colors are the most commonly used when creating Key Club publications. These colors are used to maintain the Key Club integrity and give it a more uniform look. Key Club Colors

Note: Please do not forget about using the other Key Club colors as well as these news additions! They all add to the integrity of Key Club material and should all be collectively used. There are many ways to still follow graphic standards while creating amazing publications. Remember the importance of using Graphic Standards. We use Graphic Standards to better represent ourselves as an organization and it keeps a uniform look for all to see!
