AVOIDING FOOLISH BEHAVOIR CHARTING THE COURSE Proverbs 10,18 He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool. 23 It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom. 12:15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise. 14:16 A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident. 15:2 The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness. 18:6 A fool's lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes. 7 A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul. 20:3 It is an honour for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling. 29:11 A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards. Matthew 7:24-27 The Two Foundations 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. 28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine: 29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1 Cor 10:13

5 The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness. 6 The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them: but transgressors shall be taken in their own naughtiness.Proverbs 11:5-6

Proverbs 14 12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. 13 Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness. 14 The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways: and a good man shall be satisfied from himself. 15 The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going. 16 A wise man feareth, and departeth from evil: but the fool rageth, and is confident. 17 He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.
