What does it mean if Selected ?? If you receive a ROTC Scholarship offer, you’ll have 30 days to accept or decline. Once you decide to commit to the Scholarship 4 years of active Naval Service as a Commissioned Officer. 4 years of active Naval Service as a Commissioned Officer.
