Postsecondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) PSEO is a program that allows 10th-, 11th- and 12th-grade students to earn college credit while still in high school, through enrollment in and successful completion of college-level courses. With traditional PSEO, these courses are generally offered on the campus of the postsecondary institution; some courses are offered online.

3. Strategy 2018 is… …a plan to have every current freshman (9 th grader) that graduates in from Rochester STEM Academy in 2018 will at once earn a High School Diploma and a two-year Associate of Arts degree from Rochester Community and Technical College.
