5 Sophomore Expectations
Get to know your counselor and let your counselor get to know you ! Become part of the school community Join extra-curricular activities (Sports, Clubs, Volunteer) All 10th grade students take the PSAT/NMSQT on October 13th, as a practice. (Paid by the Brentwood School District) Begin thinking about your post secondary education and career plans.

7 Sophomore Expectations
Attend the College Fair (October 27th) to broaden your awareness of possibilities after high school and to learn about what it takes to get into selective colleges. Research career areas related to your interests by using the resource materials on Naviance. Do as well as you can in your academics. Consider taking the SAT, SAT II (Biology, Chemistry, Math Level I) in June.
