Wrestling Levels / Practice Clinic – Coach Sean Kelly –1st year wrestlers –Kindergarten and 1 st Graders –Practice Saturday Morning 8~9AM in the Lenape Valley High School Wrestling Room Novice – Coach Dave Falleni –Advanced 1 st Graders –2 nd and 3 Graders –Practice Monday and Tuesday 6~7:30PM Varsity / JV - Coach Jon Ellingworth –4 th through 8 th Graders –Practice 3 Days a week 6~7:30PM – Short more intense practices –Goal Have FUN, Finish Top 3 in Sussex County, Qualify 10 for States, 1 State Champ Outside Activities / rewards – Pizza parties, Movie night, swimming party More involvement with the High School Same goals and technique from clinic through High School
