Unit Overview (cont’d) High Recruitment & Retention 2012/2013 School Year Started w/ 10 Returning Cadets + 15 New NS1 = 25 (24% of HS ) Strong Recruitment Efforts Added 3 Cadets, Bringing Our Total Unit Strength to 28 (30% of HS) at Start of School Year 2 nd Semester Resulted in 2 PCS’s and 1 Course Change + 2 Added Members, Bringing Our Current Cadet Numbers to 27 (29% of HS) –Unique Opportunities Challenges –Size –Location –NATO
