13 Research Products

14 www.worldmeteorology.com

15  www.worldmeteorology.com provides global meteorological and natural disaster data and information for public benefits  All data and information are products of ESSAND Director’s research, except for earthquake reports. Products include:  Weather forecasts for 28 hours in advance for Southeast Asia  Near real-time retrievals of global precipitation from observations of passive millimeter-wave satellites employing the AMP algorithm  Near real-time precipitation retrievals from observations of passive infrared geostationary satellites employing the JPP algorithm  Global earthquake reports, where the data are from USGS  Flood forecasts for important river basins in southern Thailand, where the forecasts are available only in monsoon seasons  WMApp that works with any Android devices is freely available in Google Play Store www.worldmeteorology.com
