House Bill 34 (Act 345) Creates a statewide planning & mapping system for public facilities to assist first responders during an emergency event GOHSEP has acquired a computer based system called Virtual Louisiana which provides access to required data for first responders in accordance with HB 34 GOHSEP Regional Coordinators are assisting local emergency management with the coordination & collection of school building plans Virtual Louisiana currently contains school plans for seven parishes Virtual Louisiana
