Children at Risk Study Scope A two year study to research all state governmental agency programs and services for at risk children, ages zero to third grade. We are seeking LWV committee members with interest in researching state governmental agency programs for at risk children, ages zero to third grade in these areas: child care early learning and preschool education health care mental health child welfare, and family preservation

Postsecondary Education Study Scope Examine unique roles and interrelationships of community colleges, 3 & 4 year regional & comprehensive universities, Examine Governor’s plan for a continuum of pre-K through graduate education, Examine how the 2013 Legislature considered the role of postsecondary education, Examine how all the postsecondary levels are funded, Develop comparison criteria and compare Oregon’s higher education outcomes with other successful states.
