Friday - SET UP CAMP 15:30 (3:30PM) OPEN TO SET UP CAMP 17:00 (5:00PM) First Head Count and go over rules of the camp 21:00 (9:00PM) SET UP CAMP COMPLETE (Parents coming after this time should come in next morning) 22:00 (10:00PM) Fire Pit out & Bed Down Saturday- Main events 07:00 Wake up 07:30 – 08:45 (7:30AM – 8:45AM) Clean up & Chow 09:00 -10:30 (09:00AM -10:30AM) K9 Unit 10:30 -12:00 (11AM-12N) MacDill AFB Air Traffic Control 12:00 -12:50 (12N-12:50PM) Chow (Lunch) 13:00-15:00 (1PM-3PM) MacDill AFB Fire Department Mainly (Tigers) option for the rest of the Pack 13:00-15:00 (1PM-3PM) Bow Building activity 15:00-17:00 (3PM-5PM) Gym Activity 17:15-19:00 (5:15PM-7PM) Chow/Dinner 19:00 -21:00 (7PM-9PM) Story telling/night activity camp fire (Parents come prepared to come up with stories) 21:00 -22:00 (9PM-10PM) clean up/bed down Sunday- Pack up and Clean up site 07:00 -08:30 (7AM-8:30AM) Wake up/Break fast 08:30-10:00 (8:30AM-10AM) Camp Tear Down 10:00-11:00 (10AM-11AM) Clean up NLT 11:00 (11AM) Return Home

SUGGESTED Camping Camping Supplies Tarp for under tent Tent Door mat Chairs Sleeping bags Air Mattress & Air Pump Blankets Lanterns with Mantels Matches Flashlights Knife Bug Spray (2-3cans) Personal Hygiene A complete change of clothes based on the # of days camping Towels Baby wipes Soap Toothbrushes Toothpaste Hair Brush Eating Equipment Coolers (2) Ice 1 cooler for food 1 cooler for drinks. BBQ Grill or cooking stove Propane tanks Paper Cups Paper plates Paper Bowls Plastic Ware Plastic Table Cloth Pots and Pans Dish Detergent Pot scrubber Paper Towels First Aid Kit Band Aids, Neosporin Misc: Sunglasses, Cameras, Binoculars Helpful hints: Bring lots of water! Not the sweet drinks. Lots of flashlights, the boys love to play with them. Place the change of clothes in large plastic bags (like Baggies and seal them) Do not mix chemicals like cleaners with food.
