WHO: PACK 20 SCOUTS AND FAMILY WHAT: PACK 20 CAMPING WEEKEND WHERE: 8407 LUPTON PLACE PLANT CITY, FL 33567 WHEN: ARRIVE AFTER 4PM ON FRIDAY MARCH 2- LEAVE BY 12PM SUNDAY MARCH 4. NOTE: YOU MAY COME ON SATURDAY, TO BEGIN CAMPING IF YOU CHOOSE. COST WILL REMAIN THE SAME AND KEEP IN MIND MOST ACTIVITIES WILL BE DONE ON SATURDAY. WHY: TO HAVE FUN COST: PACK WILL PAY FOR 1 REGISTERED SCOUT. COST FOR FAMILIES IS $20- CHECKS CAN BE MADE OUT TO PACK 20.

Friday - SET UP CAMP 16:00 (4:00PM) OPEN TO SET UP CAMP 17:00 (5:00PM) First Head Count and go over rules of the camp 21:00 (9:00PM) SET UP CAMP COMPLETE (Parents it is okay to come after this time ) 22:00 (10:00PM) Fire Pit out & Bed Down Saturday- Main events 07:30 – 08:30 (7:30AM – 8:30AM) Clean up & Chow/Breakfast 08:30 – 09:45 (8:30AM – 9:45AM) Playground is available to you until 10:00 A.M 10:00 -11:30 (10AM-11:30AM) Nature Walk/Circuit Competition 11:30 -12:45 (11:30N-1PM) Chow (Lunch) 13:00-15:00 (1PM-3PM) Weapons Safety and BB gun Shooting 15:00-17:00 (3PM-5PM) Hay Ride / Sports Tentative 17:15-19:00 (5:15PM-7PM) Chow/Dinner Menu : Ribs - Chicken--Baked Beans-Potato Salad-- Mac and cheese- -Cole Slaw -Hot Dogs - Garlic Bread -Sweet and un-sweet tea. 19:00 -21:00 (7PM-9PM) Hay Ride Tentative; Story telling, night activity camp fire (Parents come prepared with stories) 21:00 -22:00 (9PM-10PM) clean up/bed down Sunday- Pack up and Clean up site 07:30 -09:00 (07:30 -09:00AM) Wake up/Break fast 09:00-11:00 (09:00-11:00 AM) Camp Tear Down 11:00-12:00 (11AM-12Noon) Clean up NLT 12:00 (12Noon) Return Home

Not the sweet drinks. Lots of flashlights, the boys love to play with them. Place the change of clothes in large plastic bags (like Baggies and seal them) Do not mix chemicals like cleaners with food.
