To Access Patient Flowsheet in StarPanel To Access the Patient’s Flowsheet in Starpanel: 1.Click Flows from the Yellow frame 2.Click AdultNursingFlowsheet from the Yellow frame (if the patient is on a pediatric service there will be a PedsNursingFlowsheet option to select) 3.The Flowsheet will display in the blue frame below 1 2 Yellow frame Red frame Blue frame

Customizing Your StarPanel Flowsheet View To Customize your StarPanel Flowsheet view: 1.Click Customize. 2.Blue titles are visible - Greyed out titles are hidden. Click on titles to toggle between blue (active) and grey (not active). 3.Click Save. 4.Click MRN to refresh screen. 1 2 3 4

Configure Your View by Length of Admission To Configure your view by length of admission 1.Click on the blue link next to “show” 2.Click on length of stay. (Remember the longer the length of stay the longer it will take for the page to load) 1 2

Configure Time Intervals in Your View and Quick Links to Other Flowsheets To Configure your time intervals : Click on the blue link next to “freq” and select desired time interval. To access quick links to other Flowsheets or pages: click on the blue link “Flowsheets” and select desired page.

Access Actions Menu From StarPanel Flowsheet To access the Actions Menu Click the blue Actions link for quick navigation through StarPanel.

View a Comment in the Patient Flowsheet in StarPanel To view a single comment on this patient: hover over a yellow comment rectangle with your cursor. The comment will display directly below.

View All Comments in the Starpanel Flowsheet To see all comments on this patient: click on the yellow Comments box at the far left of the page.

Graph Vital Signs to Recognize Trends To create a graphed view of vital signs: click on a flowsheet header. To clarify/expand a section of the graph: left click and drag from points A to B AB
