1 10 Week Fall 2014 Eligibility Check in MISIS Most equivalent to MR20 from SSIS Created by Robert Storaker, Cleveland HS, October 13, 2014

2  These instructions work for fall grades only at this time.  These instructions may not work for some schools with different grade patterns or schedules like 4x4 school without slight corrections to grading periods and term code..  These instructions are made to assist AD’s and is not to be used in place of establish practices that are accurate; so use with caution and do your own due diligence to make sure your athletes are eligible.  Once the ‘Athletic Grade Summary Report” is available, I suggest using it instead of these instructions. As of 10/14/14 it is not working correctly  Due to inaccuracies of MISIS, grades may be accurate one day and not accurate or missing completely the next day, always check with the student profile for accurate grades  It is possible than multi school campus will have missing report cards.  Once the report cards are printing, be sure to reverse the process described in these instructions. The below instructions work well if 1) your OATs are accurate. 2) you check a few of the printed reportcards against the students profile grades. Student profile>>Academics>>Grade>>view grades

17 Most important step…Remove all check marks except the one for Gonzales, Victoria
