3. Check for Understanding How many types of reports could be created within Genesis? What reports would parents and students find most useful? What elements are not included on printed GESD reports? Which reports have the option to include extra lines for new students' names?

4. Editing Assignments Hover over Grade Book on silver bar at top of screen. Select Assignments.

5. Select Class or Grading Period or Correlations Assignments for selected option will display in Assignment chart

6. Edit Assignment Options as necessary Select Save Changes

7. Copying Assignments Hover on Grade Book, select Copy Assignments on silver bar at top of screen. Copy Assignments view opens.

8. Select School Year Select Class Select Period Check box(es) to left of assignment(s) to copy in assignment grid Check All to select all assignments Click Next

9. Select School Year Select Period Check box(es) to left of class(es) to copy assignments to in class grid. Click Nex t

10. Select Copy original dates to use original assignment dates from copied assignments under Date Options OR I’ll edit dates. Set them to: to set a new assignment date for all copied assignments. Enter a date in box or click table to select date on calendar. Click Finish
