2. The following slides will lead you through the process of creating and assigning flashcards in Engrade. Engrade’s Help section of Flashcards Engrade’s Help section of Flashcards has a few help videos and documents on flashcards. At the bottom of some slides you will find a link to the Engrade help video/document on the specific topic of that slide.

5. Use the checkbox to indicate whether the flashcard set is private. Private flashcard sets are not shared in the flashcard bank for other Engrade users to access.

8. Please note: Any later changes you make to flashcards that have been assigned to a class will not apply to that class’s version. If you want to apply later changes to a class, you will need to unassign the old flashcards and then reassign the new flashcards.

14. Permissions: View : This user can only view your flashcards. Edit : This user can view and edit your flashcards. Moderator : This user can view and edit your flashcards, including user access. Repeat this step for any teachers with who you want to share the flashcards.

16. Edit: Select the desired permissions from the drop down menu and click the Green Save button Drop: Ciick drop to remove the users access to the flashcard set.
