Read the introduction before getting started then scroll down to begin. Click on a Goal shortcut to find your Focus Area, or simply scroll down the page.

Enter data in the appropriate Focus Area(s). Your effort should add up to 100% no matter what your appointment or FTE.

Hover your mouse over the Multi-State header for full definition. If you collaborate with other states, use the drop-down box to select your state(s). Use SR if you are working with a Southern Regional group.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and save your work.

Note the green Saved! banner at the top of the new section. Until you click the Save button, you will not see the last two sections which cover outcomes and impacts. Read the introduction to this section then scroll down to begin.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to save your work.

You will be taken to the top of the page. Note the green Saved! banner. If you made an error, a different color banner and message will appear. Click Home to exit and return to the login page.

Note the shortcuts in the blue bar – Contacts (Workload Reporting Categories), Programs (Focus Area Effort), Outcomes (Evaluation), and Impacts (Narrative). Use these the next time you logon to Workload and Impacts to go directly to a specific section. Beginning in 2009, use this Calendar Year drop-down box to see prior year data that you entered.

Next time you log on you will see the date (mm-dd format) you last entered data. Each year you will start fresh and enter new data.
