Section B – Class Information More than 20% of classes are small. Justification for the small classes is reasonable, if provided. Who does the institution suggest is responsible? Institution Determine CIP codes for ALL programs affected Approve 2 year exemption for LPP program AND any other program/s affected. At the end of the TE, all programs will be evaluated on 2 years of data (FY12 & FY13) only. THECB Follow-up on any claim. The most common is challenging the start date. Check with Emma to see if name or CIP change was requested. (This does NOT constitute a new start date.) Did the THECB make the error?
