Weather On average, the warmest month is August. December is the average coolest month. The highest recorded temperature was 113°F in 2006. The lowest recorded temperature was 21°F in 1963. The maximum average precipitation occurs in February. On average they receive about 16 in. of precipitation.

Population Facts The 2011 population is 75,928. 32.9% are under age 18. Only 4.2% are 65 and older. 50.3% are female.
