Two types of Carbs –Sugar (simple) to much is bad for you –Starch (complex) Complex is better for you Half your energy is from carbs –Fuels brain and muscles - Examples of simple: cookies, lollipops, cotton candy ect. - Examples of complex: milk, pasta, ect.

Good fats Fruits & vegetables ect. – (unsaturated) Bad fats Meat dairy ect. –(Saturated & trans fat) Needed for body development saturated increase heart dieses & cloistral Helps suck in vitamins
