17 MSJC Transfers to 4-yr Institutions Transfers to UC & CSU increased by 22% for AY07-08. Transfers to UC exceeded 100 & 380 students transferred to the CSU system. Approximately 45 to 50% of all MSJC 4-yr institutional transfers are to a UC or CSU, the remaining are transfers to ISP (In-State-Private) & OOS (Out-of-State) institutions.
