Sinners Path: Avoid bad company, wicked path My son, do not go along with them, do not set foot on their paths; for their feet rush into evil, they are swift to shed blood. How useless to spread a net where every bird can see it! These men lie in wait for their own blood; they ambush only themselves! Such are the paths of all who go after ill-gotten gain; it takes away the life of those who get it. Proverbs 1:15-19

Successful Path: Wisdom benefits, right/wrong For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless, for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones. Then you will understand what is right and just and fair— every good path. Proverbs 2:6-9
6
Straight Path: Good reputation/good name Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:3-6
8
Supreme Path: Importance of heart, motives The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding. Proverbs 4:7 The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day. Proverbs 4:18 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Proverbs 4:23
10
Slippery Path: Immoral road Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave. She gives no thought to the way of life; her paths wander aimlessly, but she does not know it. Proverbs 5:5-6 Keep to a path far from her, do not go near the door of her house. Proverbs 5:8 You will say, "How I hated discipline! How my heart spurned correction! Proverbs 5:12
12
Sluggards Path: Lazy, undisciplined Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest—and poverty will come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man. Proverbs 6:5-11
14
Secret Path: Deceived by crafty intent I saw among the simple, I noticed among the young men, a youth who had no sense. He was going down the street near her corner, walking along in the direction of her house at twilight, as the day was fading, as the dark of night set in. Then out came a woman to meet him, dressed like a prostitute and with crafty intent. Proverbs 7:7-10
16
Secure Path: Road of discipline Does not wisdom call out? Does not understanding raise her voice? At the highest point along the way, where the paths meet, she takes her stand; Proverbs 8:1-2 Wisdom dwells together with prudence and knowledge, discretion. To fear the Lord is to hate evil, hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech. Proverbs 8:12
18
Spiritual Path: Chosing wisdom or folly Wisdom has built her house; she has set up its seven pillars. Proverbs 9:1 Folly is an unruly woman; she is simple and knows nothing. She sits at the door of her house, on a seat at the highest point of the city, Proverbs 9:13-14
