Public SLICE The Public SLICE site launched today, January 9, 2014. The Public SLICE site will provide the same power and capabilities of the EdFi system that South Carolina’s districts already have to the general public. Using the Public SLICE site users will be able to view and analyze academic and operational to better understand the state of education in South Carolina. The Public SLICE site is completely independent of the District SLICE site. The two systems primarily differ in that the Public SLICE site contains neither teacher nor student level data.
