A few minutes from Figueres, a city known for hosting the museum of the famous painter Salvador Dali, you will find this beautiful Catalan farmhouse. It’s surrounded by four acres of land, which gives it quiet, so popular for urbanites. It was restored with extreme taste and dedication. For this restoration it was used the best materials and it was took in mind every last detail. The luxury shines inside, in their spacious rooms, in the harmony of the elements, in the extreme comfort of their rooms. The sea in the pool The stone well, typical of the period, is responsible for watering the garden. The solar panels heat the saltwater pool. Next to the pool, hammocks and garden furniture await the bathers, who will enjoy the pleasant summer sun. Across the villa, in front of the house of service, you will see an artificial lake, surrounded by the typical vegetation of the area. Mas Llac consists of over 1700 m 2 divided into five levels. The penthouse hosts the master suite, from where you can enjoy spectacular views. On the first floor you will find the other three suites, and on the ground floor the noble area. All the rooms, the large modern kitchen, the salon with its library and study, the dining room for 20 commensals, the projection room with home cinema and pool, share a curious combination between rustic and modern style. The imposing fireplace, the original soil or the preserved beams give it that touch of authenticity so typical of Mas Llac. Spiral stairs lead us to the spectacular gym and the old barn, now transformed into a wine cellar.
