10. Accountability  Students must sign in everyday  End of each term teachers assess students based on: ◦ Responsibility: Comes to class on time ◦ Works well and is patient with students ◦ Takes his/her position seriously

Do: ◦ Encourage all students to take part ◦ Have clear expectations and procedures ◦ Ensure that all teachers are on board ◦ Meet with the new hires and explain the importance of their job ◦ Have accountability Don’t! ◦ Attempt to interview everyone all by yourself ◦ Have groups greater than four per class
