First Annual St. Patrick's Day Video Game Tournament When: 21 March 2008, 1700ish Where: Peterson AFB, Building 1102, First Floor Dayroom Why: Esprit de corp! Getting to know other dorm residents with the same interest.

Supplies 6 Big screen T.Vs (Working) 3 Xbox 360 and 3 Playstation3’s (4 controllers each) (Done) Beverages and snacks (Airmen’s Council, need to ask) (Not Done) Prizes for the winners of the tournament. (Top 3, need to ask) (Not Done) No Alcohol

EVENTS Starting around 1700 we will start the tournament, we will be playing either Madden 2008 or Call of Duty 4. It will be a single elimination tournament and if anyone ties they will play a one time overtime game. When we are down to winners on the Xbox 360 and Playstation3 they will square off against each other on both systems. The winner with the highest points will choose what system they start off on. It will be the best out of five.

Call of Duty 4 Rules of Engagement 3 T.Vs will be dedicated for XBOX 360 and 3 T.Vs for Playstation3’s. It will be a 1 v 1 on each T.V. The winner will move on and the loser will be out of the tournament. When we are down to the winners on each system, the highest score will choose the system they start on and the will play on that system on one game and the other system on the second game.

Call of Duty 4 Rules of Engagement cont. Whoever gets the highest score out of those two game steals the home console advantage and now can choose what system they play on. This will also happen after the fourth game. So the last game is the most important game. Tournament rules of engagement could change at the tournament.

After the Tournament (Around 2000) We will award the prizes to the winners of both tournaments. Eat pizza and snacks. The airmen can hang out and get to know each other. If any Chiefs or First Sergeants want to be there, they can talk or play.

First Annual Chiefs vs. Airmen Video Game Face-Off (Haven’t asked yet) Play either Call of Duty 4 or Madden 2008 in a 1 v 1 style. One Chief versus an Airmen. Same rules as before. If the airmen win they would like a coin. (haven’t asked yet)

Open Session After all of the prizes and eating, we will open all the systems to play any games. If there are more airmen than controllers, we will have a sign up sheet.
