IDIS will continue to operate FIFO for all grants received through the 2014 grant. 3

4. Grant Specific For 2015 and all future grants, IDIS will no longer function FIFO. IDIS will function on a grant-specific basis. Grantee must fund an activity with funds from a specific grant. The specific funds that were committed to the activity must be disbursed for the activity. 4
