Take-Aways You MUST begin slow and MAKE SURE that all the right systems are in place to ensure success of the SW-PBS program Use your resources – network with other schools doing the program, use the materials provided by RPDC trainers, and have lots of on-site meetings with trainers and without to monitor and make changes as needed Always emphasize the positive with fellow staff members, students, and parents Use research based programs that are proven to work to supplement the program
