9 Vision for Star Youth Programs that serve the end, are not the end itself Youth Leadership - older ministering to younger, providing example, modeling spiritual leadership and assisting in planning and implementation Core Team of Adults Leaders, especially Young Adults Parents involved in programming, planning, coordinating events and in some cases teaching and mentoring.
