Vision for Star Youth Programs that serve the end, are not the end itself Youth Leadership - older ministering to younger, providing example, modeling spiritual leadership and assisting in planning and implementation Core Team of Adults Leaders, especially Young Adults Parents involved in programming, planning, coordinating events and in some cases teaching and mentoring.

Timeline Fall: Form “Core Group” as a strong community of leaders Spring: “Core Group” reaches out to rest of parish Next Year: As ministry increases, parish youth reach out to wider community.
