12 Parish History Master Plan Phase 1 Costs Next Steps Parish Survey Questions + Answers Master Plan: Definition A road map for maintaining existing facilities and development of future facilities based on needs. A Master Plan is a comprehensive study to ensure facility improvements/additions are economically and systematically developed. It is NOT a building program or capital campaign. The needs identified in the Master Plan can become a Capital Campaign IF the Parish supports the plan.

It is the most comprehensive document based Ministry and Campus needs
