7. Region 10 Scholarships Maximum award of $95 Applications due to Dallas office by September 10

8. Less than 4/room = extra charge

10. Three (3) Sets of Forms 1. Parish Office or Emergency Contact 2. Carry one set with you 3. Distribute to participants to place in credential packets
