Comments 56 % respondents added comments 40% were of a general complimentary or positive nature Such as “I have worked in most of the surgeries in the area and Queen Camel stands out due to its community approach”. 4 negative or suggestions Dispensary Opening hours are difficult if you work 9 to 5 When one of the doctors retires could we have a full time female partner? One comment about the wide variance in performance of the doctors with only Dr Taylor providing an excellent service “One doctor dismisses my long term worries, otherwise I am very happy” Note on the unclean surgery comment The people who found the surgery only fairly clean may have followed in someone in weliingtons. (we do have problems with some people and wellington boots in bad weather) Page 5 of 5
