7 Key Findings & Prioritization Process Overview Kitsap Community Health Priorities – KCHP FEB-JUNE You are identifying key findings in your small groups and in our large group discussions JULY We will provide summary of overlapping findings - Areas of Convergence You will frame potential priorities from your key findings and Areas of Convergence You will prioritize potential priorities using an evidence-based method (6-10 potential priorities) SEPTEMBER Community Representatives will review summarized assessment data and your potential priorities Community Representatives will use an evidence-based method to identify final priorities (3-5)
