2 Clenton Farquharson 20 years practical experience of training and consultancy in equality, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Co-chair of the Making it Real programme. Vice Chair of Healthwatch Birmingham Director of Community Navigator Services CIC Appointed as a Member of Equality 2025 and served from 2006-2010.

4 Making it Real A set of 26 “I” statements developed by people who use services, carers and citizens supporting organisations to move towards more personalised and community based support

5 Making it Real -Will help to mark progress towards personalised, community–based support -Developed by TLAP, led by the Co-Production Advisory Group -Making it Real is a “Journey, not just a destination.
