4 At any time during the year, AIESEC in Mozambique performs Professionals Program Exchanges lasting between 3 to 12 months, where the company has access to a pool of high-potential trainees providing HR solutions for short and long-term. Monthly Administrative Fee: 100 USD To cover costs of monitoring, support and cultural integration of the trainee. Allowance per month: Minimum800 USD To cover costs of accommodation, food, transportation and other elements. * Values ​​per exchange participant ** Values with VAT exempt because AIESEC is registered in the Government Gazette as a non- for-profit organization.
