Why work with parents/carers?
To raise achievement? To increase attendance and punctuality? To gain support and cooperation? To encourage contribution? To increase inclusion? To encourage adult learning? To support community development? To raise morale?

Local Delivery of the LPPA through a Licensing Agreement
A Local Authority or other local group contract with Prospects to deliver the LPPA The contract involves minimum of 5 schools in the local area The licensee and Prospects work in partnership to deliver the LPPA in the area

The Licensing Agreement Approach in brief
The licensee: Organises and manages local delivery of the LPPA Selects local LPPA Advisers to work in its schools Prospects: Trains local LPPA Advisers Retains quality control, including the provision of the Final Verification
