6. ORGANISATION students not tutored by own class teacher letter home to parent/carers inviting them to a meeting preparation meeting involving: 1) moderation of some work 2) meeting with class teacher 3) looking at tutees work 4) completion of Individual Tuition Plan (ITP) 5) meeting with parent

7. ORGANISATION sessions held in the library at the end of the school day (some during the school day) juice and chocolate provided to tutor and tutee passport completed at each session and taken home 5 or 10 week blocks
