4. THE BUTLER SERVICE MSC YACHT CLUB guest benefits: A personal butler for every 5 staterooms. Butlers are trained to the rigorous standards of the International Butler Academy (Netherlands). Butlers are dedicated exclusively to MSC YACHT CLUB guests 24 hours a day and provide the following services: Priority check-in and check-out with the Butler team waiting to assist guests with luggage at the terminal, escort them to the dedicated line for priority check-in, and facilitate formalities during port calls. The Butler will unpack and pack suitcases on request. Meet & Greet service: private return transfers from airport to ship.

5. THE BUTLER SERVICE The Butler will collect any laundry for washing, dry cleaning and ironing for same or next day delivery as requested. Towel change twice a day. The Butler will take personal care of guests’ shoes on request. Guests’ favourite international newspaper in its original layout will be delivered to their suite every day, even at sea. Front row seats may be reserved at the theatre through the Butler or Concierge (limited availability). Daily TRADITIONAL ENGLISH TEA service. Traditional English Tea is served daily by the Butlers with a selection of teas, cakes, pastries and sandwiches.
