Complimentary Proposals 4 3/20/13 | SCOE | CRANE Capital Academies & Pathways (CAP) A partnership between our region’s two largest unified school districts, the Sacramento City Unified School Districts and the Elk Grove Unified School District CRANE and CAP will submit a mutual letter of support for both proposals in their grant applications Total regional ask will be approximately $21 million
