Rehabilitation Exercises Scaption External Rotation Push Ups Plus Sleeper stretch

Scaption No shrugging Raise arms at 45 degree angle, leading with thumbs Raise to shoulder height, then slowly lower to hips

External Rotation Towel roll under elbow Keep shoulder blade stable, “down and back” Don’t “roll” your shoulder
