Insert White, Black and Yellow Wires into Switch Terminals as Shown

Rotate Switch to Bend Wires. The Wires Should be Bent as Close to the Terminal End as Possible.

Insert Blue Wire into Front Terminal on Backside of Switch

Field Wires Routed in Field Case

Make Sure Wires Exit the Field Case as Shown. (2 wires each on left and right sides of field case) Both Wires Should be Tucked Under the Crescent Shaped Rib and then Routed between Crescent and Square Rib as shown

2 Field Wires Should be Trapped Between Window of Brush Holder and the Crescent and Square Ribs of Field Case Insert Brush Holders as Shown.

Insert Right Side Brush Connect Brush Wire to front terminal, on front side of the switch

Insert Left Side Brush Connect Brush Wire, to Back Terminal, on Backside of the Switch Loop the blue wire to the right as it exits the switch terminal

Field and Brush Wires Routed in Field Case

Connect Capacitor Leads to C1 and C2 on Back of Switch FOR 115V UNITS WITH 640313-02 SWITCH ONLY After Connecting the Capacitor to the Switch, place them in Handle and orient Capacitor as shown.

Connect Capacitor Leads to C1 and C2 of Switch FOR UNITS WITH CAPACITORS USING N079271 & N079272 After Connecting the Capacitor to the Switch, place them in Handle and orient Capacitor as shown.

Ensure that Cord Jacket is a MINUMUM of 3mm past the Cord Clamp Attach Cordset to Handle with Cord Clamp

Cordset Assembly: 640313-02 & 640313-03 (Capax) Insert Power Cord wires as shown; White wire to the right of the Quick Disconnect Lever (1) and Black wire in the push-in terminal to the left of the Quick Disconnect. For Grounded Units, connect Ground wire to Ground Strap. Route All Wires through Wire Traps as Shown Run the Ground wire Past the Trigger as Shown and through the Wire Trap Shown For 115V Units

Cordset Assembly: 120 & 115V N079272 & N079273 (Marquardt) Insert Power Cord wires as shown; White wire into the push- in terminal L1 and Black wire into the push-in terminal L2. For Grounded Units, connect Ground wire to Ground Strap. Route All Wires through Wire Traps as Shown Run the Ground wire through the Wire Trap Shown

Cordset Assembly: 220/230V Insert Power Cord wires as shown; Blue wire into the push- in terminal L1 and Brown wire into the push-in terminal L2. Route All Wires through Wire Traps as Shown

Cordset Assembly: Cont. Before closing the handle, verify that the yellow wire has a tight loop to the right and is routed as shown.
