1. Click on the following link to take you to the FIM Training page

2. Click on Course

3. Click on Shell Open University and follow the instructions for non-GID to REGISTER

4. Click on Manual Log On

5. Enter your MU number here
Then click on ‘forgot your password’ as it’s NOT the same as your PDO log in password

6. Fill in your MU number and PDO email address and then click on submit

7. Once a temporary password has been ed to you, copy it from the and paste it here. Fill in your MU number again and then click on Log On

8. Follow the instructions to change your password
Follow the instructions to change your password. The OLD password is what has just been sent by Shell. Then enter and verify a NEW password.

9. Once your password has been changed successfully, click on the link to continue

10. Type “fim” into the search bar and then click GO

11. Ensure you choose
FIM CBT A: First Report (choose language) first, then click on REGISTER

12. FIM CBT A: First Report and language, click on REGISTER
After you have chosen
FIM CBT A: First Report and language, click on REGISTER

13. After you have registered, click on “Finish” in the new window

14. Click on “Launch” in the new window

17. Once you have completed CBT A: you can register for
FIM CBT B: Incident (choose language) and follow same procedure for registration
